There are more than 400 pieces of cardio and strength training equipment in the weight/fitness facilities in the ERC, SPH and Ritchie Coliseum. Don’t waste valuable time trying to figure them out on your own or using them incorrectly. In one hour, learn how to user our cardio and variable resistance weight machines safely and effectively, so you get the most out of your workouts

Private or Semi-Private Groups
(Up to 3 people) sessions scheduled at your convenience (some prime time weekly hours may be excluded). Arrange a session for your student organization, fraternity/sorority, residence hall floor, UNIV class, etc. Groups of up to 20 people can be accommodated on weekdays between 9 am and 11 am and on Sunday afternoons and evenings.
