All classes are 55 minutes unless otherwise noted (*) and include time for proper warm-up and cool down. For safety, no one will be admitted into any CRS Fitness Class after the first 10 minutes–NO EXCEPTIONS. Participation in classes using equipment is limited and will be on a first come, first served basis. No bags, coats, or cell phones are permitted into group excercise studios.
